DGA employees, staff, and their families visit Quezon churches during visita iglesia

De Guia Academy of Magallanes, Inc. (DGA) joined the visita iglesia organized by Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Church in Maragondon, Cavite. The event was facilitated by Rev. Fr. Jerry C. Belen, school director of DGA and parish priest of the aforementioned church.

DGA employees and staff, along with their family members, visited seven churches in Quezon Province. These churches are (1) Parokya at Pambansang Dambana ng Mahal na Birhen ng Dolorosa, (2) Parokya ni San Juan Bautista, (3) Parokya ni San Pedro Bautista, (4) Parokya ni San Francisco De Asis at Pandiyosesanong Dambana ng Sto. Cristo de Burgos, (5) Parokya at Katedral ni San Fernando, (6) Minor Basilica De San Miguel Arkanghel, at (7) Kamay Ni Hesus Healing Church.

During the visita iglesia, participants reflected on Jesus’ suffering and death. Fr. Belen presided over the celebration of the Holy Mass, as well as various rites and readings.

This event gave DGA employees and staff the opportunity to participate in visita iglesia after two years of not being able to do so in person due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendees expressed their gratitude to God for the blessings that the school and they themselves received.
